When the moon is in Aquarius, which it is now currently in, themes relating to unusual or radical undertakings, group projects and perhaps trying something new comes up. Can you relate in some form or fashion?
How is your process since the New Moon in Libra occurred on 10/11 when this #e3newmoonchallenge kicked off?
How can you relate the themes of the current moon phase into your life and your personal goals depending on the area of focus you chose?
Since the New Moon in Libra everything has been focused on relationships and everything new. Committing to this #e3newmoonchallenge on social media, new healthier plant-based eating habits (mainly), re-decorating SAY OM YOGA, prepping to start the new and re-vamped e3 vinyasa 200hour teacher training program... AND starting grad school (ie: new discipline habits). All of this on top of the regular day-to-day of owning and operating the studio w/ my partner and working with my private clients, has got me going to bed earlier, waking up earlier and craving nature and solitude. Another theme of the New Moon in Libra was balance, and man, am I craving the things and spiritual practices that bring the balance. For sure! Waking to some warm tea, a brisk walk w/ the bulldogs, holding that Warrior 2 or pigeon pose a few extra 10 breaths or a simple pause followed by a long, deep exhale. Sometimes I feel like I'm constantly in information overload. I'm an information junkie; constantly stimulated on education and media. From managing social media and websites, to staying up to date with my most favorite podcasts and the latest and greatest videos on YouTube, from cute animals to human consciousness and self-help, I want to learn it all. We have to know where our individual thresholds are and when enough is enough. Knowing when to turn it off is essential!
The change of seasons and the leaves falling off the trees is such a time of transformation. As a Scorpio, it feels like home. Things are definitely changing. Aging, death and sustainability have been other topics on my mind. Death as in letting go and shedding the past as we know and have experienced it, not necessarily passing on to the next realm. It's all part of growth and development.
I'd love to hear how your #e3newmoonchallenge is unfolding for you. Comment below or on my Facebook or Instagram post.
